Why Ekiti APC Guber Primary Will Always End Violent – Fayose

Governor Ayodele Fayose has hinted on why he feels the Ekiti state primary of All Progressive’s Congress will remain inconclusive and chaotic.

Last weekend, the APC had an inconclusive primary election for their 33 aspirants vying to secure the ticket for the 2018 Gubernatorial election.

The primary headed by Governor Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarrawa state was declared inconclusive and postponed till Friday but on the contrary, the Peoples Democratic Party had its own primary Adjudged by the aspirants to be transparent and credible.

Fayose took his party’s victory in the election to lambast the APC, asking them to hire Ifeanyi Okowa, governor of Delta state for its newly scheduled primary

In his remarks at the close of the exercise, Fayose said:

“We will keep Okowa here till Friday to help APC, if not they will not have any candidate. They will still continue to beat themselves.”

“They can’t conduct congresses, they do not represent the minds of the masses”, he stated.
