Teenager stabs brother to death in Ondo

The Police in Igbokoda, the headquarters of Ilaje local government area of Ondo state has arrested an 18 year old girl, Idowu Biletiri, for stabbing her elder brother, Kehinde Biletiri to death.

It was gathered that Idowu allegedly killed her brother after he had questioned her for passing a number of nights outside their family residence.

The suspect, it was learnt returned home after some days, and her deceased brother queried her, seeking to know where she had been since she left home.

The suspect, instead of answering her brother, reportedly went into the kitchen, took a knife and stabbed her brother to death.

It was learnt that the suspect and her deceased brother were the only ones at home when the incident happened.

The suspect was subsequently arrested by the police and is currently being detained at the Igbokoda Police Post.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command, Mr Tee Leo-Ikoro confirmed the incident.
