REVEALED: Ondo PDP Assembly Member Set To Dump Party For APC

Barring any unforeseen circumstances or last minute change in decision, a member House of Assembly representing Akure North Constituency, Honourable Olamide George, will defect from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressive Congress, APC, later today.

The former aide to the immediate past governor on Student Affairs was elected on the platform of the PDP. He is said to be the youngest MHA in the country.

Our source confirmed that he was supposed to join chief Oke, the AD governorship aspirant on his ceremonious alignment last week, but changed his mind because of some last minute developments.

The once majority party in the house has lost some Honourable members since the end of the Mimiko administration.
