Ondo State Youth Network Inaugurates New Leaders
The Ondo State Youth Network (OSYN) has inaugurated the newly elected executive members led by the coordinator, Comrade Daniel Dare Dabo.
They will pilot the affairs of the organisation for the next two years.
The inauguration ceremony held in Akure, had in attendance the Ondo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports development, Hon. Segun Omoyofunmi, Ondo State house of Assembly member representing Ese Odo local government, Hon. Allen Messiah Oluwatoyin, Chairman Akure South local government ,Hon Gbenga Fasua, Former Commissioner for Youth and Sports development, Dayo Awude, among others.
In his address, the commissioner for Youth and Sports development, Hon. Segun Omoyofunmi called on youth in Ondo State to rally round themselves and speak in one voice, adding that youths in the state can aspire to bigger political offices if they have unity of purpose.
While addressing the gathering, the outgoing coordinator of OSYN, Comrade Afe Adegboyega Ezekiel, highlighted the achievements of the old executive members for the past two years. They include; unifying the youths, empowering members, opening of account for the organisation, providing a well equipped office for the organisation, among others.
He however called the new executives to consolidate on these achievements and do more for OSYN.
While speaking, the newly inaugurated coordinator, Comrade Daniel Dare Dabo called on his opponents who contested the position with him to support him in achieving the OSYN of their dreams.
Ondo State Youth Network (OSYN) is a non partisan, umbrella organisation for youths in Ondo State aiming to unite young people, advocate for their rights, promote their involvement in governance and contribute to the state’s development.
