Former Lawmaker, Adeogun Congratulates Aiyedatiwa Over S’ Court Victory
Former lawmaker, Honourable Ade Adeogun has said the recent Supreme Court judgement on last year’s Ondo State governorship election has cemented the Aiyedatiwa–Adelami ticket for progress in the state.

Adeogun, in a statement released in Abuja on Thursday, explained that the joint ticket survived judicial scrutiny after a resounding victory at the polls and now stands on a clean slate.
He congratulated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Deputy Governor Olayide Adelami, the progressive family and all citizens of Ondo State on the victory.
“Nothing is sweeter than knowing that the Governor and his Deputy are on a clean slate. I congratulate the Governor and his Deputy, the progressive family and all citizens as well as inhabitants of Ondo state on this deserved victory at the apex Court.
“Expectedly, this moment calls for rekindling of strength in the service of the people of Ondo state as it holds our party more accountable to the people who have placed their trust in the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy.” The statement reads in part.
The former lawmaker urged the leaders to deepen service, prayed for wisdom to guide them. He also described the judgement as a collective triumph for the people.
