Ondo Rep, Ehindero Launches Free Business Registration Scheme For Constituents

Following the recent directive by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), mandating all Point of Sale (POS) agents to obtain a Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) certificate, the member representing Akoko northeast/northwest federal constituency in the house of representatives, Honourable Ifeoluwa Ehindero has launched a free registration scheme for the (POS) agents in his federal constituency.

According to a statement released by his media aide, Blessing James Akeju on Tuesday,
the initiative includes and covers the payment for CAC Business Name Registration.

To be eligible for this support, interested individuals are to submit their Business Name(s), Business Address, Business Description, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Email Address (which will be created for the applicant), name of Local Government, State of origin, NIN Number, Signature, Passport
and voters ID Card, Driver’s License, International Passport, or National ID Card
on or before the 8th on June, 2024.

“The deadline for CAC Business Name Registration is extended to June 14th, 2024. Applicants are encouraged to submit their details promptly to secure their spot.” The statement reads in part.
