OsunDecides2018: We Will Use Omisore Against ‘Demonic’ APC – Fani-Kayode

The Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode has assured his party of having a dialogue with the Social Democratic Party’s gubernatorial candidate, Sen. Iyiola Omisore to work hand-in-hand in order to defeat their close opponent, All Progressive’s Congress.

Senator Omisore had decamped from PDP to SDP when he could not secure the former’s party ticket in the state. Senator Ademola Adeleke later became PDP flagbearer.

He had narrow margin of 353 votes margin ahead of APC’s Gboyega Oyetola.

As the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC declared the election inconclusive because of the cancellation of results in some polling units, Fani-Kayode said the need for PDP to align with political figures like Omisore if they must seal their victory, come next Thursday, the rescheduled date for the rerun election.

“I am so proud of the @OfficialPDPNig in Osun. Congrats to my friend and brother Demola Adeleke. Now is the time for us to reach out and work with others. I will talk to my cousin Iyiola Omisore. He is a fighter. We need him. We must join forces and send the APC demons packing”, he wrote on Twitter.
