Nasarawa Governor sacks SSG

The Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule has sacked the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Tijjani Aliyu Ahmed, effective Monday (today).

The decision was conveyed in a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary, Government House Administration, obtained by Nigerian cable news online.

The statement, however, did not state the reason for the termination of appointment of the SSG.

It consequently directed Ahmed to hand over all government property in his possession to the Permanent Secretary, Cabinet Affairs and Special Services in the SSG office.
