JUST IN: Ondo AD Leader, Followers Dump Party For APC
Hon. Gani Dauda, the deputy governorship candidate of the Alliance For Democracy (AD) in the Year 2016 Ondo state governorship election has formally declared his return to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akoko Northwest local government.

At a ceremonious event held in Oke-Agbe Akoko, which was massively attended by Gani’s followers on Thursday. He made it known that his decision to join the party was not because of any immediate ambition to contest for any office.
Gani however pledged his commitment to contribute his quarter in building the party in the local government area.
Receiving him to the Party, Hon Rasheed Badmus, the Commissioner for Natural resources thanked Gani and his followers for their gesture, while also pledging his readiness to always work with them towards making the party a toast of the society, so that more People can troop in from other political parties.
Also present at the occasion were executives of APC and party leaders in the local government area, including Hon. Austin Pelemo , Hon Rahman Rotimi, Ayo komolafe, the state Secretary of All Progressive Congress (APC), and Olusegun Musa, the acting chairman of the Party in Akoko Northwest among many others.
