I No Longer Speak For People – Kemi Olunloyo Responds To Calls To Help LAUTECH Re-opening

The Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo
has refused to fight for the students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) towards the reopening of the shut institution.

In response to the request of Aiyedun Lateef, a student of the institution who called on Kemi Olunloyo for help on Facebook, the latter claimed she was not helped while she was in prison and will only
help the institution to reopen when she becomes President in 2023.

This was contained in her Instagram picture
posted last night.

The Facebook commenter had earlier said:

“pls aunty KOO , talk about LAUTECH pls.
The future of over 27,000 students is at stake .. being on strike for over 10 months.”

Kemi Olunloyo replied:

“Sorry I no longer speak for people. LAUTECH students didn’t speak for me while I was in prison. I was the one who begged the Governor on Twitter to speak with the students leader who had to apologise on TVC back in 2016. Fight for yourselves . 2023, I will use federal power to reopen it when I become President”.
