Group hails Bola Ilori, Platform over Postponement of Award

Hon Bọla ilori, the Ondo State Man of the year awardee and the Ondo state Man of the year platform have been commended for postponing the award ceremony in honour of the late professor Ademodi.

In a statement made available to newsmen and signed by Prince Segun Adeṣemoye, the Progressive Campaign Network hailed Bola Ilori for being a true Son of the soil and for not celebrating when the state is mourning the demise of the late Commissioner for Special Duties and Regional Integration who was also a worthy son of Ondo Kingdom.

Omooba Segun Adesemoye in his words ” We sincerely appreciate Hon. Bọla ilori and the organisers for postponing the event while we Commiserate with the Government and people of Ondo State over the sad loss of the Hon Commissioner”

The award ceremony which was scheduled to hold on Tuesday 22nd of December has been moved to February, 21, 2021 as a mark of respect for the late Commissioner.

The Progressive Campaign Network coordinated the situation room for monitoring of the 2020 guber election in Ondo East and West Local Governments.
