Former Ondo state governorship, honorable banji Okunomo has congratulated the senator-elect of Ondo south senatorial district, Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim over the award of his second doctorate degree.

Okunomo, who joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) less than one month ago described Ibrahim’s latest PhD as a landmark breakthrough.
