BREAKING: National Assembly Increases 2018 Budget

The National Assembly has just increased the 2018 appropriation bill to N9.120 trillion from N8.612 trillion.

These details are contained in the order paper under deliberations at the Senate chambers.

The report on the proposed budget was reverted to the plenary floor today by Danjuma Goje, who is the chairman of the senate appropriation committee.

President Muhammadu Buhari had presented the proposal on November 7, 2017.
