Adeniran Akinsade Foundation Pays Students’ Fees In Ondo

The Adeniran Akinsade Helpers Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization in Ondo State has paid for the placement examination fees, school fees and other final year obligations of the pupils of St John Orimolade Primary School, Sabo Road, Ondo.

The NGO made this intervention with the support of the Ondo Ekimogun Youth Congress OEYC, the umbrella of all youth groups in Ondo Kingdom.

While presenting the cash sum for the payment of common entrance examination fees for all the primary six pupils of the school, the Coordinator I of the Ondo Ekimogun Youth Congress, Comrade, Olusola Akinbinu thanked and eulogized the Founder/Chairman of the Adeniran Akinsade Helpers Foundation for the humanitarian programs and for remembering to empower pupils of his alma mata. Olusola emphasized that Mr Adeniran willingly called the OEYC leadership to independently help fact find areas he could be of help to his alma mata and mentioned that apart from the common entrance fees, Mr Akinsade equally added extra amount for other programme that will be of benefit to all the pupils of St John Orimolade while also specially requesting that a separate token be given to the class teacher of the Primary six pupils.

In his address, Comrade Kenneth Adegeye, the OEYC Coordinator II praised Mr Adeniran Akinsade for always coming through to render unsolicited assistance without wanting anything in return, emphasising the unforgettable role played by Mr Niran Akinsade towards treating victims of #endsars protests in October 2020; and Comrade Kayode Folajogun, an OEYC stakeholder present thanked Mr Akinsade for the love he has for his community.

Members of Adeniran Akinsade Helpers Foundation present at the presentation were led by Mr Tolulope Ayoola aka Tolu Alapa, Wehinse Oluseyi and Akinwunmi Oluwaseyi. according to Mr Tolulope, he said this is one of many projects the foundation will be executing this year and they reiterated the resolve of the Adeniran Akinsade Helpers Foundation to always carry out humanitarian works in the community, no matter how little.

While responding, the Head Mistress of St John’s Primary School Orimolade, Mrs Olajide V. R thanked the founder of the Adeniran Akinsade Helpers Foundation for remembering his alma mata, she stated that parents of the primary six pupils had been highly elated when they informed them of the development after the visit of Mr Olusola Akinbinu, the OEYC Coordinator I to inform her about the scholarship. She said intervention of the Adeniran Akinsade Helpers Foundation will be recorded in the School’s Roll Call; while Mrs Bosede Mary Akinkunmi, the primary six class teacher thanked Mr Akinsade for the show of love towards pupils of his class and for the cash gift.

Finally, the pupils were presented with letters of scholarship and group photographs taken thereafter.
