2027: APC Chieftain, Bode Obanla Visits Former Governor Mimiko

In what appears to be predicted on an existential need for political realignment, a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state, Honourable Bode Obanla has paid a courtesy visit to the former governor of the state, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, at his Abuja residence.

Obanla, who had recently resigned from the administration of governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, was sighted in Mimiko’s Asokoro residence at about 5:15pm on Sunday, Nigerian Cable News Online reliably gathered.

After the meeting which lasted for over an hour, the two politicians were seen taking pictures together in an obviously friendly posture.

While the subject of their discussion remains unknown at press time, NCN can report that it is not unlikely to be connected to the 2027 general election.
