2019 Election: Why Atiku Needs Obasanjo To Emerge President – Jonathan

The Former President, Goodluck Jonathan has established that Atiku Abubakar, who just declared his presidential ambition cannot win without the aid of Olusegun Obasanjo.

While speaking with Dele Momodu, the publisher of Ovation magazine, he described the elder stateman, Obasanjo as the ‘boss’ with the magic wand’ that commands respect for happenings in the country’s politics.

“He (Atiku) can’t get the APC ticket. If Atiku gets our party ticket, he would compete well,” Jonathan reportedly said.

“He’s always a passionate politician. But he would have to reach out to our boss, Baba OBJ, the boss of all bosses.

“We’ve all learnt at different times that you ignore OBJ at your own peril. OBJ has the magic wand, respected at home and abroad”, he noted.
