2019: Akoko Leaders Declare Support For Oguntoyinbo

The seven ward chairmen of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Akoko southwest constituency(II) have pledged support for Comrade Victor Oguntoyinbo, for the constituency seat at the state assembly.

Mr. Oguntoyinbo met with the party leaders, who converged in Oba-Akoko on Saturday, and tabled his plans and programs for the constituency, if he is supported to contest and emerge on the platform of the PDP.

The former National President of the National Association of Ondo State students (NAOSS) while stating his various programs also sought the support of the party leaders at the meeting.

He promised to provide quality representation for his people if elected.

Convinced on the sincerity of his purpose and lofty ideas, the leaders of the party declared their support for Mr. Oguntoyinbo, while also praying for God’s strength for him to succeed.

In various speeches, they unanimously agreed to support his ambition.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Oguntoyinbo proceeded to a well attended ward meeting in his ward, where he also pleaded for the support of his people at all levels.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman his ward, Alhaji Yekini Balogun, who described Mr. Oguntoyinbo as ‘ A man of integrity’ who is emulating the good legacies of his late father implored the people to support him with all that they have in capacity.

He expressed optimism that the aspirant will represent them well.

Similarly Pa Ogundayisi ajayi, Oloro micheal and kadiri jimoh, all Described Mr. Oguntoyinbo’s ambition as an idea whose time has come. While also pledging their unalloyed support.

The meeting was well attended by hundreds of party members from the various units of the ward.
