UPDATE: EFCC Ready To Charge Fayose To Court

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has served charges to Ayodele Fayose, former governor of Ekiti state, and is set to arraign him in court next week.

Nigerian Cable News online also reliably gathered that the Commission has moved Fayose to its Lagos office take him to court on Monday
