My Target For 2018 World Cup – Eagles’ Coach, Gernot Rohr Speaks
The Nigerian Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr has expressed a high hop to see his team reach an impressive stage in the Russia’s 2018 World Cup.
Having secured qualification for the national team despite the terrible Group comprising of the likes of Zambia, Cameroon and Algeria, Rohr wishes to fall in a group less difficult to come out of the group stage in 2018.
With the team comprising of Victor Moses, John Mikel Obi, Odion Ighalo, Alex Iwobi and the rest, Rohr wants to set a new record in World Cup that surpasses that of USA 94.
“I wish to have a group not too difficult to come out of the group, thereafter anything can happen. I hope to surpass the record of the USA 94 World Cup at least a quarter final spot at next year World Cup in Russia,” he told Sporting Life.
