The lawmaker representing Kogi West at the House of Senate, Senator Dino Melaye has shown readiness to combat the course against his stay as a member of National Assembly with all resources employable.
Senator Dino Melaye’s application, calling for the dismissal of Independent National Electoral Commission’s recall process against him, was was thrown to the bin by the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, September 11, 2017.
The High Court ruled that INEC should continue with the recall process of the lawmaker.
In a swift reaction, Melaye stated his interest to appeal the last ruling of the court.
Trailing his activities in the social media, nigeriancablenews.com saw an uploaded picture of Senator Melaye fully dressed in the Army’s camouflage. He captioned the pictures: ‘I am ready for dem bad people”.
He had earlier alleged the Kogi state government under Governor Yahaya Bello, INEC and some top Federal Government officials of being in “collaborative efforts” against him.
