As a faction of Boko Haram abducted 119 students of Government Girls College, Dapchi, Yobe state. they subsequently granted release of most of them although five of them died beforehand but only Sharibu was detained because she insisted she won’t compromise her faith for Islam as demanded by the terrorists.
