Speaking confidently with journalists yesterday, August 15, the lawyer stated that the Acting President has not been made to act in full capacity as he ought to do and some presidential decisions are still made in United Kingdom, where President Buhari is receiving treatment.
“As it is, the memos, files and major decisions are taken in London”.
“Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is just a mere figure head at the helm of affairs. The president is still the minister of petroleum”.

However, the two vacant ministerial positions that were earlier missing were filled up and are yet to receive portfolios even after over twenty days.
Adegboruwa lamented this hinging on the continued absence of the President which has affected the decision making. He elucidated on the Section 144 of the Nigerian constitution which should invoke on the question of the President’s capacity.
Another instance of the inability of the Acting President’s to disperse activities duly he mentioned was in the reshuffling of cabinet which remains undecided.
