Ondo PDP Celebrates Mimiko At 68

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State has celebrated the former Governor of the State Dr. Olusegun Mimiko on his 68th birthday anniversary.

According to a statement signed by the Party’s state Publicity secretary, Mr. Kennedy Ikantu Peretei, Mimiko’s achievements will live even after his sojourn on earth.

He wrote:

“There are men who walk the surface of the earth the way a snake passes through the surface of a stone. While there are others who leave a mark on their trail wherever they pass.”

“Dr. Olusegun Mimiko is one of such few men whose achievements will live even after their sojourn on earth.”

“As two term Governor of Ondo State, Mimiko’s strides in urban renewal, education and health sector were world acclaimed.”

“Our party joins millions of friends and well-wishers across the globe, to wish him a very happy birthday and God’s guidance on this special occasion.” He added.
