Melaye Begs Saraki, Others [PHOTOS]

The Senator representing Kogi Central, Dino Melaye, who also is having a recall case in the court, has appealed to the Nigerian Senate over his presented case before the Red Chambers, yesterday, October 25.

Not for the recall process this time, Melaye asked the National Assembly to intervene in the situations of the Kogi state civil servants as they have not been paid for several months.

He made reference to a director in the civil service, Edward Soje, who was owed 11 months salary and recently committed suicide after his wife of 17 years welcomed a set of male triplets.

It however became dramatic as the lawmaker went on his knees to express his heartfelt intention for the Kogi workers.
