Many Feared Dead After Multiple Car Accident In Ondo
Many lives have been lost in a multiple car crash on Sunday night in Akungba Akoko, Akoko southwest local government area of Ondo state.
Mr. Tolu Babaleye, a social media commentator and indigene of the town confirmed the incident as very tragic.
“This accident is terrible, over 7 vehicles involved. Many are dead and many are missing. May God heal the land!,” he stated on his Facebook profile.
An eyewitness who narrated the
incident said a trailer had a brake failure, which led to the death of about 6 people at the post office area of the town at around 9pm.

I am sad about this accident, but thank God too that it happens in the night around 9pm, when the street is almost empty and when the students are not in session, it might have been more ghastly.
I commiserate with the immediate family of the bereaved, Akungba Akoko and the state at large. May God forgive the sins of the departed and grant them eternal rest, while we pray that such evil occurrence will not repeat itself.
