Man Rapes Two Minors in Ondo

The Ondo state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) has arrested a man identified as Abdulahi Kamarudeen for raping two minors, aged 8 and 10 years old.

Kamarudeen was reportedly caught in the act on Sunday while raping one of the minors in an uncompleted building at Adelabu Street in Akure.

His semen was found in the pant of his victim.

NSCDC however prevented Kamarudeen from being lynched by angry Youths.

Ondo State Commandant of the NSCDC, Eweka Edenabu, said investigation revealed that the suspect sexually harassed the eight years victim some weeks earlier.

Eweka said the two victims were taken to the Federal Medical Center Annex in Akure for the necessary medical examination.

He added that the results indicated that there was attempted penetration through the anus of the victims.

He said the NSCDC Antihuman Trafficking and Irregular Migration Unit would liaise with the Ministry of Women Affairs for safe custody and protection of the victims.

According to him, “We gathered that Audulahi Kamarudeen used to come for relaxation in same compound where the children live.

The 10 years old girl however, lamented how the suspect covered her mouth and nose while penetrating her from behind.
