Man Arrested For Having Sex With Own Daughter For 4 Years In Ondo

A middle aged man has been arrested for sexually harassing his daughter for over three years by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Ondo State command.

Parading the suspect in Akure, the Sector Commandant, Mr Pedro Ideba promised that, NSCDC is committed to getting rid of all forms of criminal activities across the state.

Mr Ideba described the incident as barbaric, stressing that the command is on ground to ensure that such an ugly situation is completely addressed.

The NSCDC’s Boss who advised parents and guardians to always look after their children to guard against such ugly trend, said the arrest was made possible through a tip off.

Speaking with Orange fm, the suspected rapist attributed the cause of the abuse to devil’s work and however promised to desist from the act if pardoned.

Narrating her ordeals, the eighteen year old girl explained that, she reported the matter to the law enforcement agencies when she could no longer endure the harrowing experience of sexual harassment from her father.

The girl who is the first child of her parent and an apprentice as a fashion designer described her experience as pathetic.

The suspected rapist is expected to be charged to court soon for prosecution.
