Kachikwu – Baru ‘War’ May Be Over As Both Were Caught Smiling, Hugging In Public [PHOTO]

The controversy brewing between the two principal in-charge of Nigeria’s largest export product, petroleum, the Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Maikanti Baru and Minister of state for petroleum resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu may be over now a week after its start.

Dr. Maikanti Baru and Dr. Ibe Kachikwu were caught up in several photographs smiling together and even hugging at
the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) in Abuja.

Last week, Kachikwu had written a petition to the President alleging the NNPC GMD of insubordination and lack of transparency in the running of activities.

The letter has since then generated reactions from President Muhammadu Buhari, the duo and some other Nigerians.
