Buhari said this during an interactive session with some Nigerians in diaspora, while he’s yet in Beijing, China for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) summit.
Captioned alongside an uploaded video by the Presidency’s Twitter handler, he said:

He also reminisced on his multiple attempts before he emerged the president in 2015.
“I know what I went through,” he said, adding that, “I tried four times… and the fourth time technology came and helped us and people’s vote counted”, he buttressed with his stance.
As Buhari had declared his intention to contest for the office for another time in 2019, he appealed to the community of Nigerians there to support him in his bid and vote his party, All Progressive’s Congress.
He may be able to secure the party’s presidential ticket.
