NLC Suspends Kaduna Warning Strike

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has suspended its ongoing warning strike in Kaduna State.

The Union had started a 5-day warning strike, after the Governor of the state, Nasir El-Rufai sacked over 5000 workers.

NLC described the sack as illegal.

NLC President, Ayuba Wabba said the decision was to honour invitation of the Federal Government on Thursday to mediate in the dispute between labour and the Kaduna State Government.
