NOTICE OF RESIGNATION

I submit my resignation from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), effective Sunday, 11th August 2024, marking the culmination of a remarkable journey and the beginning of a new chapter. After introspective consultations with my trusted allies, supporters, and confidants, I have resolved to relinquish my membership, poised to explore new horizons and embark on a fresh journey.

My decision is a personal epiphany, born from a desire to explore uncharted territories and embrace novel challenges. I express profound gratitude to the party’s leadership for the privilege of serving in various capacities, notably as a two-term member of the House of Representatives, where I served with unwavering dedication.

As I reflect on my tenure, I am reminded of the countless moments of triumph, camaraderie, and patriotic fervor. I cherish the relationships forged, the battles fought, and the victories won. My heart swells with pride, knowing that our collective efforts helped shape the party’s legacy.

With a sense of fulfillment, I take my leave, carrying with me the memories, lessons, and experiences garnered during my sojourn. I depart with no regrets, holding an unshakable conviction that our shared vision for a better tomorrow remains indelible.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve. May our endeavors continue to flourish, and may our paths always cross in the pursuit of a greater good. May our shared values remain a guiding force, inspiring future generations to strive for excellence.

Farewell and May Providence guide us all.
