3 Die In Ondo Road Accident

At least three persons have died in a fatal road accident that occurred on the Akure-Owo Expressway, Akure, the Ondo State capital, on Sunday morning.

The accident involved a Toyota Sienna bus and a twelve passenger bus.

It was gathered that 12 people were also injured.

The Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr Ezekiel SonAllah, confirmed the incident.

He said the crash was caused by wrongful overtaking and speed violation on the part the drivers involved.
