JUST IN: Fuel Tanker Catches Fire Amid Scarcity

A petrol tanker has been reported to have caught fire this evening at a Conoil filling station, along the airport road in Abuja.

This incident is in coincidence with an unjustifiable fuel scarcity prompting long queues in filling stations across Lagos, Rivers, Abuja and some others states of the country.

According to report gathered, the fire started around 6:00pm and as at 7:00 p.m, fire service officials are yet to quench the fire.

Mean while, one of the fire service officials, Gidado Ismail, established that there were about six fire vehicles trying to put out the fire.
