JUST IN: EFCC Arrest Fayose’s Commissioner, Ekiti State’s Accountant-General

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC have reportedly besieged Chelsea Hall, Abuja while Governor Fayose was declaring his Presidential ambition for 2019 and arrested two of his cabinet men.

The anti-graft agency that got the Ekiti state Commissioner of Finance, Mr. Toyin Ojo and the state’s Accountant-General for reasons yet unknown as at the time of this report but the former minister of aviation and ardent member of Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode revealed this arrest through his tweet this afternoon.

Fani-Kayode wrote this on Twitter:

“@GovAyoFayose declares his intention to run for the Presidency today and whilst he was in the hall doing so the security agencies arrested the Commissioner of Finance and Accountant General of his state. Such pettiness!”

The special assistant to Governor Fayose on New Media, Mr. Lere Olayinka also confirmed this on various social media platform.
