‘I Will Return To PDP If…’ – Atiku

The Former Vice President and a current leader of the All progressives Congress, APC, Atiku Abubakar has given strong conditions under which he will return to his former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

According to Thisday report, one of the conditions enlisted by the former Vice President included an incontestable presidential ticket ahead of the 2019 General election.

Atiku was said to have stated this in a meeting with Former President Goodluck Jonathan, a bid by PDP to pose a great opposition for ruling All Progressive Congress in the coming election.

The meeting said to have been held at the instance of Atiku, who was said to be seriously considering offers made to him by a section of the leadership of the opposition party to return, which sources say, is to explore the desirability of the move and concluded that it would be a worthwhile political endeavour that could help terminate what both leading politicians regarded as the uninspiring rule of the APC.

“The former vice president was said to have insisted on some conditions to be met before he could dump the APC for the PDP.

“This included an assurance that he would get the party’s presidential without a contest”, Thisday quoted sources privy to the meeting.

Why did Atiku thinks he is better than others who eagerly wait to be president under the PDP? He is a coward to want to come back to PDP under his own selfish condition.

There’s nothing to share from zero, if we pick anyhow, patient and loyal party member but lose at poll what does it mean or potent for us a party waiting for another 4yrs in which the APC will be gaining popularity at expense of our miscalculation of picking party faithful but unpopular candidate.
We should bury our pride and think of collective Victory there lies our strength and glory

I have been longing for the return of Turaki of Adamawa ever since mistakes committed by our party the PDP, it will only take a popular political jugarnut to pull the stunt we expect in the polity of today.I strongly support to all-out call for Atiku’s return to his aboriginal home.
