Ex-OAU Students’ Union Leader Emerges Youth Parliamentarian

A former Secretary of the OAU student’s Union, Comrade Oketooto Olanrewaju Oluwaseun has been appointed into the Oyo state Youth Parliament.

The former student leader’s Appointment was announced after Governor Isiaka Abiola Ajimobi approved the 3rd Assembly of the State Youth parliament, with the appointment of parliamentarians cutting across the 32 constituencies of the state.

The Youth parliament, findings have revealed was put in place to enhance Youths Participation in leadership and decision making in governance.

Nigerian Cable News recalls that Comrade Oketooto Olanrewaju Oluwaseun was suspended in 2015 by the management of Obafemi Awolowo University, during the course of defending the rights of the students.
