Elizade University Shines As Nigerian Law Students Compete
Azubike Oluchi, a 100 level student of Elizade University, Ilra-mokin has emerged as the overall best speaker (female) in the just concluded 2018 Edition of the National Law students debate held in Obafemi Awolowo University.

The Inter Varsity competition, which held on Sunday, 10th and Monday 11th June 2018 had not less than sixteen Universities in attendance. While student representatives from Elizade University including Igho Prince Enuobofa in 200 level, Olalekan Amusitan in 200, Baiyeshea grace in 100 and Azubike Oluchi in 100 came third, after their counterparts from Ekiti state University and Obafemi Awolowo University.
The Topics of the debate includes:
“Two year pupilage, a development or delay to law graduates”
and
“Not too young to run, a development or a fibricated lie for Youths’ Political Participation”
Other Universities whose students also participated at the completion includes, Adekunle Ajasin University, University of Abuja, Universty of Ibadan, Imo state University and many others.
It is also worthy of note, that a different set of Elizade University students recently competed in Another debate competition hosted at Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA). where they won two medals for the school.
Participants from the first three universities (Ekiti state University, Obafemi Awolowo University and Elizade University) went home with different cash prices, among other gifts
