Buhari’s Return: Nigerians Are Hungry – Fayose Tell President
The Governor of Ekiti state has expressed happiness that President Muhammadu Buhari has resumed official duties after his 3 months absence from the country but also reminded him of the stakes ahead.
Fayose, a vociferous critic of the All Progressive Congress- led Federal Government, again mentioned today, August 21, that the citizens are still expecting developments and food from the Buhari-led administration
Ekiti state Governor, who is also the Chairman of People’s Democratic Party Governors stated this after the meetings with PDP Governors in Delta state.
According to a statement issued by the media office of Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta state, Fayose said:
“We are happy that President Buhari is back, it is a welcome development but Nigerians are hungry, they need food, they need development,” he was quoted to
have said.
“We in PDP knows what is right for Nigerians, democracy is strengthened by opposition, APC should face governance squarely and give Nigerians democratic dividends.”
