BREAKING: Ondo Assembly Sacks All 18 L.G Chairmen, Others

The Ondo state House of Assembly has dissolved the care taker committee in all eighteen local government areas of the state.

Reports from the house of Assembly complex in Igbatoro Road, Akure has it that the Unanimous decision was taken at the floor of the house few minutes ago.

The reason for the dissolution according to a honourable member who spoke with Nigerian Cable News is not unconnected from the fact their tenure has elapsed in office.

They have all been directed to handover all official documents at their disposal to their directors of local government administration.

No immediate replacement has however been announced for them as at the time of filling this report.
