INEC Declares Buhari Winner Of 2019 Presidential Election
The independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared President Mohammadu Buhari as the winner of the 2019 Presidential election.
Announcing the election results in the early hours of Wednesday, the INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu said President Buhari of the All Progressive Congress polled 15,191,847 votes to defeat his closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party who scored 11,262,978 votes.
