BREAKING: Fear Grips In Ondo Community As Unknown Gunmen Assassinate 3 Residents

Tension and fear are now gripping Residents of Obaile and environs in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State over the alleged assassination of three people in the last two days in the area by unknown gunmen suspected to be assailants and cultists.

According to Radio Nigeria, the victims who were identified as Security Guides were machete to death at three different locations at Obaile town including a filling station along Akure Airport road by the assailants without stealing any valuable at the scenes.

One of the Residents, Mr Ojo Adegbayi explained that the gunmen left their weapons with blood stain at the scenes.

Report indicates that Obaile residents stayed awake for several hours last night as policemen were busy patrolling the town to Akure Airport road but it is still uncleared as at the time of filing the report, may be Security Operatives have arrested anybody in connection with the incident.
