BREAKING: Court Orders APC State Congress Suspended

An Imo state High Court Has issued an Injunction to prevent the All Progressives Congress (APC) congress Scheduled to hold in the state on Saturday.

nigeriancablenewsonline.com gathered that the injunction was sought by the Governor Rochas Okorocha led faction faction of the Party in the state.

The reason for filing the prayer before the court according to them is the crises that marred the ward and local government congresses earlier held in the state.

The other faction also known as the ‘APC United’ faction however said the Okorocha led group is acting on its own, while denying knowledge or notice of such court order.
