BEDC Announces Power Outage In Ondo Communities

The management of the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) has revealed there would be power outage in some communities in Ondo State on Thursday.

The planned outage according to the management in a statement on its Facebook page is to enable the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) tehnical crew to carry out maintenance on the 60MVA TCN line.

The outage would be between 10am and 4pm on Thursday in about eleven locations.

” This is to inform our esteemed customers that there would be a planned power outage by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) to enable their technical crew carry out preventive maintenance on the 60MVA TCN lines.

Date: Thursday, 28th February 2019; Time: 10:00-16:00hrs
” This will affect supply of electricity to OWO TOWN, IFON, ISUADA, IJU, IJOKA, OBAILE, IGOBA, ONDO RD, ISIKAN, OYEMEKU, ILESHA RD and its environs.
All inconveniences this will cause are highly regretted,” the statement concluded.
