APC crisis: Why I’ve Accepted Buhari’s Decision – Oshiomhole
The immediate-past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, said he has accepted the decision of the party’s National Executive Committee that dissolved the National Working Committee which he chaired.
The former Edo State governor, who spoke at a media briefing in Abuja on Saturday, said he accepted the Party’s NEC Decision as a demonstration of his loyalty to the Party and President Mohammadu Buhari.
Oshiomhole expressed his happiness over his achievements during his time in office with the support of the President.
The former chairman said the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd), invited him to reposition the APC noting that since the president in his wisdom has agreed to the dissolution of the NWC, he was duty-bound to obey him as the leader of the party.
Oshiomhole also said he has told his lawyers to withdraw all suits in court in obedience to the appeal of the President that all contending parties within the party withdraw their cases from the court.
