Akeredolu Wins At Ondo Guber Tribunal

Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been declared the authentic winner of the October 10, 2020 Ondo state governorship election.

The Ondo state governorship tribunal sitting in Akure on Tuesday struck out the petition of Eyitayo Jegede of the PDP for want of Jurisdiction.

“Issue raised therein in this petition are settled issue of internal affairs and management of a political party which this Tribunal has no Jurisdiction,” the Judge ruled.

Justice Umar Abubakar led the three-man panel.
